You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@pherfum.com. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or used personal care products.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
